Windows CIP-Pool discontinuation

Our native Windows CIP-Pools will be discontinued on 2019-04-01. The CIP-Pools 01.153 and 01.151-N will be turned into Linux CIP-Pools. Windows will still be available as Virtual Machines in our Linux CIP-Pools.
